Every recovery journey is different.

That is why we begin with a complimentary introductory call, where we get to know each other and discuss the type of support you may need before, during, and after your surgery.

During this conversation, you are welcome to ask me anything about my own facelift experience, from preparation and surgery day to recovery, practical challenges, and the emotions that can accompany the process.

Sometimes it is reassuring to speak with someone who has been through it themselves.

Afterward, we will explore together which level of support best suits your situation and recovery goals.

Intensive Recovery Direction: From Preparation to Full Recovery

A facelift is more than a procedure, it’s a profound journey. It requires more than just a skilled surgeon; it demands a flawless plan from start to finish. From the moment your surgery date is confirmed until one month after the procedure, I will be intensively by your side.

We leave nothing to chance. Together, we ensure you enter the operating room with complete peace of mind and that you recover in absolute comfort with the right support.

Thorough Preparation: Physical and Mental

We explore how to prepare yourself as thoroughly as possible, both physically and mentally. This is always done in close consultation with your surgeon and in line with the clinic’s medical protocols. We discuss the best nutrition and protein intake to support your healing, which essentials you should have at home, and how to walk into surgery feeling secure, calm, and fully confident.

Together or Alone?

Do you have a partner, family member, or friend supporting you? We can include them in the preparation process so they know exactly what to expect. Recovering alone? I will help arrange for someone to be physically present with you during the mandatory first 24 hours (or longer if needed). Together we’ll determine what further support is desirable.

Logistical Relief

I also take care of organizing all additional support, such as:

• Safe transportation to and from the clinic

• Professional guidance and hands-on recovery assistance during the first few days

• Healthy recovery meals delivered to your door

• Lymphatic drainage treatments

• Housekeeping help or support with children and pets

• A comfortable hotel stay near the clinic (if desired)
