For those recovering independently, or with support from a partner, family member, or friend, but who would still like additional guidance, reassurance, and one dedicated point of contact before, during, and throughout the first recovery week.

• Pre-operative preparation (expectations, emotional reassurance, practical preparation, surgery and recovery planning)

• Check-in shortly before and after surgery

• Daily check-in (Zoom or WhatsApp)

• Practical guidance during recovery

For clients who would like additional guidance, structure, and personal support throughout a longer recovery period.
