1. About RejuvAssist

RejuvAssist provides personal post-operative recovery assistance for individuals undergoing cosmetic or medical procedures.

RejuvAssist connects clients with independent Post-Operative Personal Care Assistants who provide non-medical personal support during the recovery period.

RejuvAssist coordinates services internationally. No services are provided within Costa Rica.

2. Nature of the services

RejuvAssist offers support services designed to make the recovery period after a procedure more comfortable and organized.

These services may include:

• practical assistance during recovery

• help with daily activities

• transportation coordination

• emotional support and companionship

• coordination of additional wellness services

RejuvAssist does not provide medical care, nursing services, or medical advice.

All medical decisions and post-operative instructions must come from the client’s surgeon or medical provider.

3. Independent assistants

Post-Operative Personal Care Assistants introduced by RejuvAssist operate as independent contractors.

They are not employees, agents, or medical providers representing RejuvAssist.

RejuvAssist carefully selects assistants but cannot guarantee outcomes related to recovery, health, or personal experience.

4. Client responsibility

Clients remain fully responsible for:

• following medical instructions provided by their surgeon

• communicating medical concerns directly to their medical provider

• informing the assistant of relevant recovery limitations or needs

RejuvAssist assistants do not replace medical supervision.

5. Payments

Clients pay RejuvAssist for coordination and recovery support services.

RejuvAssist compensates assistants for their time and services according to independent agreements.

Pricing, packages, and service availability may change without prior notice.

6. Additional services

Assistants may help coordinate additional services such as:

• lymphatic drainage

• wellness treatments

• transportation

• groceries or meal support

These services are provided by independent third parties, and RejuvAssist is not responsible for their performance.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RejuvAssist shall not be liable for:

• medical outcomes

• complications related to surgical procedures

• decisions made by medical professionals

• actions of independent assistants or third-party providers

RejuvAssist’s role is limited to coordinating non-medical support services.
